America-based Senegalese Music Star, Akon revealed in a Skype interview with Cool FM OAP, Do2Tun, that he regrets not signing Nigerian rapper, Olamide.
“I would probably say the one person in Nigeria that I wish I had signed is Olamide. Honestly, I wish I had signed Olamide because he would have signed a lot of new artists anyway”, he said.
Olamide is a veteran music star in Nigeria, as his record label, YBNL has signed alot of young acts in thier ranks.
Aliaune Damala Bouga Time Puru Nacka Lu Lu Lu Badara Akon Thiam, popularly known as Akon signed P-Square to his Konvict Music record label in 2019.

Konvict Muzik founded by Melvin Brown and R&B singer Akon, after the Senegalese spent four years in prison, from 1999 to 2002 for being a part of an auto-theft ring.
