Brendan Rodgers gives update on Ndidi’s Injury

Leicester City Manager, Rodgers has told the media when the Club would see Wilfried Ndidi back in action, after a lengthy layoff, due to the hectic Christmas games.

The Nigerian International has been at the heart of Leicester’s Midfield, shielding the Defense perfectly, and also supporting the attacking Midfielders, hence his continuous presence in the Starting XI.

But Injuries have made the Player stay off the pitch for a period of time.and Rodgers says his Player would soon be back to the team.

“Ndidi is back at Leicester City and has started his rehabilitation after the successful operation”.

“It went very well,” Rodgers.

“It was a good operation. He’s now back in and straight into his recovery. Something around that (three or four weeks). Sometimes it can be sooner, sometimes it can’t be”.
