During yesterday’s deposition, Chicago State University registrar, Caleb Westberg revealed that Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu presented a forged certificate to INEC.
According to the registrar, Tinubu’s certificate, which was presented to the Independent National Electoral Commission, dated June 22, 1979, was not issued by the school.
This deposition comes as a result of the back and forth going on in Atiku’s camp, over the Chicago State University certificate of President Tinubu.
The certificate was officially released to Atiku’s legal team on Monday, but the deposition which lasted for over five hours, had to take place, so all parties involved can swear under oath.
Chicago State University had earlier stated that President Tinubu was a former student of the institution.
