Nigeria has recorded 339 new cases of Covid-19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 7016.
This was announced by the Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) via their Twitter account. In the tweet, the NCDC stated that out of the 339 new cases, 139 were confirmed in Lagos, 28 each in Kano and Oyo, 25 in Edo, 22 in Katsina, 18 in Kaduna, 14 in Jigawa, 13 each Yobe and Plateau, 11 in the FCT, 8 in Gombe, 5 in Ogun, 4 each in Bauchi and Nasarawa, 3 in Delta, 2 in Ondo, and 1 each in Rivers and Adamawa. The NCDC also reported that so far there’s been 1907 discharged cases and 211 deaths.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong, Hawaii and Montana, New Zealand are all celebrating no new cases of Covid-19.
