The judgement for the Lagos State Gubernatorial election between the governorship flag bearer for the Labour Party, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-olu holds today.
Rhodes-Vivour brought his petition before the tribunal, following the irregularities that marred the March 18 governorship elections in Lagos State.

The Justice Arum Ashom-led panel listened to the cases brought before the justices, and the panel admitted the exhibits that were tendered, after going through them thoroughly.
Governor Sanwo-Olu polled a total of 762,134 votes to defeat his closest rival, Rhodes-Vivour, who polled 312,329.
If the petitioners are not satisfied with the judgement of the justices, they can proceed to the Supreme Court to appeal, but no new evidence can be presented.
