Everton Manager, Carlo Ancelotti says he is not ready to rush Alex Iwobi back to action, after the Nigerian picked up an injury in the premier league game against his former team, Arsenal.
Everton have done well so far in his absence, and Ancelotti is not ready to rush the Super Eagles International yet. as the Merseyside Club play Newcastle today in the EPL.
“Iwobi is doing well but we don’t want to take a risk for the game. He will stay here [at USM Finch Farm] to train,” Ancelotti said.
“Andre Gomes and Jean-Philippe Gbamin are training individually and everything is going well, but it takes time. They suffered big injuries,”.
“Gbamin has started partial training with the team and we will see [how he reacts] in the next days”.
