Former Marlian record signee, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as MohBad is dead, after the news broke out this evening on social media.
Details of his death is yet to be ascertained, but an old interview where Bella Shmurda talked about Mohbad trying to commit suicide has resurfaced online, as his fans are linking that interview to the cause of his death.
27 year-old Mohbad left Marlian Records in 2022, following a brawl with his then boss, Naira Marley, and he has since moved on to launch his own record label, which he called Imolenization.
The singer, rapper and songwriter was arrested by the NDLEA in March last year, after some quantities of Cannabis and Molly were recovered from his apartment.
Mohbad had collaborated with several artistes including Davido, Zlatan, Oladips, Small Doctor, Lil Kesh, Bella Shmurda, Lil Frosh amongst others.
