More Super Eagles Players report in Camp ahead of Afcon Qualifiers


The Eagles camp in Uyo is almost full, as more players keep joining the already available players in camp for the qualification games during the International Break.

More than nine players are available for their first training session ahead of Wednesday’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin, and they are:

The Captain of the side, Ahmed Musa, who was also joined by England-based trio of Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi and Semi Ajayi at the Le Meridien hotel in Uyo.

Torino’s Ola Aina, Paderborn’s Jamilu Collins and Spanish La liga duo of Ramon Azeez and Chidozie Awaziem, and Fortuna Düsseldorf goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, Samuel Kalu, Kenneth Omeruo and Ikechukwu Ezenwa.

Eleven players are still being expected in Uyo as at 1430 hours.
