Nigeria records 14 new cases of Covid-19

Fourteen new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Nigeria today.

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control announced this today Thursday, 9th April, 2020 via it’s Twitter account.

Out of the 14 new cases, 13 were confirmed in Lagos and 1 in Delta.

“Fourteen new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria: 13 in Lagos and 1 in Delta State

As at 09:30 pm 9th April there are 288 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Fifty-one have been discharged with seven deaths”, the NCDC tweeted.

Meanwhile, 7 patients were discharged from Lagos today.

That brings the total number of confirmed cases of the Coronavirus disease in Nigeria to 288, with 51 discharged and 7 deaths recorded.
