Big Brother Naija season 7 winner, Ijeoma Josephine Otabor, popularly known as Phyna has openly admitted to suffering from mental health issues.
She made an Instagram post yesterday, as she bore her mind about the things going on with her privately.
“I’m going through hell of shits. The internal battles I’m fighting are way bigger than me. Very honestly, for the very first time, my mental health is at stake,” she said.
This revelation comes after few weeks, after her father cried out of being dumped by her daughter, who he thought would help the family out of poverty.
Her relationship with former housemate, Groovy crashed, after the Big Brother reality show, as she blamed infidelity for the reason she opted for a breakup in June this year.
